Dried Bael Fruit is considered a health drink in Thailand, it's supposed to be good for cleansing the stomach and helping digestion.
The bael fruit has been cultivated in India and southeast Asia for over 4,000 years and is highly valued for its perceived medicinal qualities. Boil 3-5 pieces of dried bael (bel) fruit for 5-7 minutes, strain and pour into mug with a teaspoon of sugar!
Grown in Thailand, Bael fruit tea is a unique herbal tea, rarely seen in tea form. A soft taste with no caffeine gives this tea a naturally refreshing sensation, welcome throughout the day and night. Amongst a list of benefits, the highly nutritious Bael fruit is best known for its uses to help brain and heart functions.

Bael Fruit Tea Recipe
There are 2 parts to making the tea; toasting the bael fruit and turning it into tea.
Toast bael fruit either on a grill over your stove or toast it in a toaster oven. Either way, it should take no more than one minute. There will be some burnt parts.
Making Tea
Microwave Method: Microwave is the easiest; put the toasted slice of bael fruit in a tea mug or cup with water. Heat it until it boils.
Hot Water Method: Boil hot water and pour it over the toasted bael fruit that is placed in a tea cup.
Traditional Boiling Method: Drop the toasted bael fruit slices into the pot. Add water and boil for at least 2 minutes. This method brings out the most flavor.
